Today in Class:
1. Discussed the homework. I gave you examples of using the topic of roller coasters and Hot Wheels cars! (see below)
2. Notes: Scientific Method: State the problem, Gather information, Hypothesis, Experiment-Materials….these were completed during class. If you were absent or you would like to go over these notes, see my “Notes” page (look at the tab up top)
3. Students completed their Hypothesis and started their Materials list for the Off Target Lab.
Homework:
1. Parent signature on the Class Plan
2. Write about an example of Scientific Inquiry in the real world (the following was on the board)
a. Name the real-world situation or example
b. Write 2-3 inquiry statements or questions about that idea or example
c. You may use words from the notes today or from the bulletin board (see below) in your statements…
